Empiric has undertaken over £240m in development projects. Forward funding and development opportunities deliver student accommodation at an attractive yield on cost; typically 15-25% uplift on completion.
Through forward funding agreements, Empiric acquires sites and funds projects in stages while receiving fee income on instalments, the risk of cost and programme overruns remains with the third-party developer. The Company also undertakes projects as the developer on its own account.
