The Board of Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP) announces the publication today of a supplementary prospectus dated 21 September 2016 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the prospectus dated 1 March 2016 in relation to, inter alia, the share issuance programme of up to 165 million ordinary shares. 

The Supplementary Prospectus has been issued following the publication of the Company's final results for the period ended 30 June 2016 on 14 September 2016.

Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
