New Acquisitions

Empiric Student property has acquired the freeholds of a portfolio of five operational, direct-let, premium student accommodation properties in Lancaster and Leicester from CityBlock, comprising a total of 381 beds, for a consideration of £26.5 million. 

ESP has acquired a forward funded development in Huddersfield, known as Oldgate House, for a total investment of £11 million. It is currently being developed into a prime, purpose-built student accommodation asset.
