Empiric Student Property plc (ticker: ESP), an internally managed real estate investment trust (“REIT”) investing in modern, premium student accommodation, has today announced a further issue of ordinary shares via an institutional placing and offer for subscription (the “Issue”) under the Share Issuance Programme launched in October 2014.
